Five years after the Honda Ridgeline's initial launch, and the Big H is getting ready to enhance the forthcoming 2012 models' aesthetic and fuel economy. Don't worry; the pickup's towing power and sedan-like comfort will remain the same.

In addition to performing a little nip and tuck across the model range, Honda plans to add an entirely new trim  to the Ridgeline series. Called the Sport, it will deliver an athletic demeanor by way of black-tone 18-inch alloy wheels, headlight and brake light casings, mirrors and door handles; as well as an on-trend honeycomb grille.

The refreshed 2012 Honda Ridgeline, including the new Sport, will be available at Dublin Honda, located at 6300 Dublin Blvd. Dublin, CA 94568, starting this November. As such, we expect Honda to release more details on, soon. When they do, you'll be among the first to know.

In the mean, time we thought we'd offer a few specs on the currently available 2011 Honda Ridgeline. After all, some of you might not be able to, or want to, wait until this fall to get a new truck. And while, it might not be the latest and greatest, the 2011 Honda Ridgeline is definitely a safe bet.
